It was just next door to shops, bars and the sea front, all attractions, tower, beach, and Close to town, particularly good location overall.
The hotel staff was not very friendly.

I had such great time here, marvellous and perfect location!
Plenty of food items served for local breakfast. Appreciated an electric kettle, a personal safe, and an iron in the room.

The location is magnificent and ideal and it is close to all attractions, tower, beach, sea front and all rooms / areas. There is a good choice of restaurants to eat, like Sandwich Stop that is only 5 minutes' walk away, we loved where it was located.

We stayed for new year and would book again. This property was spotlessly clean and modern. The rooms were all new-fashioned and compact with separate toilets.

Marvellous location, overall I enjoyed the hotel.
It was fairly clean, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating, plus the service was excellent. I was upgraded to a quiet room with separate toilets. An electric kettle, a personal safe, and an iron were much appreciated.

The hotel location was great and perfect central to everything we wanted. Besides, it was at a moderate distance from an art gallery. Enjoyed the twin room we had with brilliant bathroom. Everything seemed good, clean.

I would definitely book here again, really enjoyed the new year. I would say it's handy base for staying and exploring Blackpool. Food options are excellent. The location is comfortable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a famous Victorian entertainment complex. The airport is 5 km away.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location near the beachfront and the tower. The service provided by the staff was attentive and friendly, and I appreciated the basic amenities that were available.
Although there were a few minor issues, overall my stay at this hotel was fine.

Polite staff, tidy and compact rooms with separate toilets. Marvellous location, 10 minutes' walk to a famous Victorian entertainment complex. Also - next to The Ardern, the main promenade and Blackpool.
